Cunard Cruises, Queen Elizabeth 2, Mini Cruises

Once we actually got on board we really enjoyed ourselves especially as we had an upgrade but Cunard really need to do something about checking in. It took three hours from arrival to going on board. It would appear that despite giving specific check in times they are totally ignored. The food and service in the Brittania Grill was excellent, The cabin was spacious and excellent but the bathroom was in dire need of refurbishment. Our 30-something children on their first cruise were very impressed. The public rooms were fine but difficult at times to find smoke free areas. We had a great time but Cunard please sort out your checking in procedures.
