P&O Cruises, Artemis, Norwegian Fjords

This was our second cruise to Norway, but this time we went further up, to the North Cape. We loved the relaxing scenery, the Lofoten Islands were beautiful. We found the excursions that P&O provide really good, the tour to the North Cape was good, the scenery was very different to other parts of Norway, it was quite misty up at the North Cape, but was still really interesting. The weather was mostly really good, spent lots of time out on deck watching the scenery go by. We went past a glacier and the ship stopped and turned round to give everyone a good view. We had read a few bad reviews about Artemis, but we thought it was a lovely ship. The promenade deck was quite narrow though. The food in the main restaurant was really good, lots of choice for Vegetarians, the restaurant manager was really helpful too. The choice in the Conservatory (buffet restaurant) was quite limited for lunch though, and we often found it difficult to find a seat. The bars were also quite busy, especially Tiffanys, which was difficult to find a seat in the evening too. There is a games room onboard (Trumps) which was well used. We had a stateroom, which was very spacious, bigger than Arcadia's staterooms. Would definately do this cruise again.
