my husband and I had a lovely cruise on the Crown Princess this year the end of June/July the ship was beautiful but we were a little disapointed in the food in the self service as it always appeared cold especially at breakfast we did make a complaint and filled in the card but nothing seemed to make any difference, in the main dining rooms the food and service was very good but when the evening was at an end most of the passengers appeared to disapear as we thought that all the enterainment finished too early even though there were early morning starts on the trips (but not everyone went on a trip early) our cabin was good but we had to wait 30hrs or more for someone to sort out the TV which was,nt working therefore this made us feel very clostrafobic, otherwise the service was spot on.
